Growing up in Brooklyn in a family of bakers, I was exposed to the art of baking at a young age. It was not until I began experimenting with my own recipes that I realized how passionate I was about creating delicious treats. I yearn to provide each customer with the same homemade baked goods I share with my family and friends.

Joy & Sorrel started as a simple idea to make extra money during the holiday season. However, this soon turned into a full-blown business after our daughter was born, and we realized that we loved creating delicious pastries and desserts.
